Attorney Terrence Kay of Salem, OR; ethical misfit

The state of Oregon provided Patrick R. Foley with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School.

The Oregon State Bar Court found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Terry’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously received a complimentary suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (June 2017), Terry practices with Terrence Kay PC at 3155 River Road South in Salem, Oregon.
