Attorney Laurance Parker of Medford, OR; cheating slacker

The state of Oregon provided Laurance W. Parker with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged or collected a clearly excessive fee
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to deposit and maintain client funds in client trust account
• Failed to maintain complete records of all client funds in his possession
• Failed to provide client with accounting of all client funds
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to include appropriate language in fee agreement

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Larry practices at 116 Mistletoe Street in Medford, Oregon.
