Attorney Jeffrey Bowersox of Portland, OR; ethical gremlin

The state of Oregon provided Jeffrey A. Bowersox with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Williamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to inform insurer he didn’t pay medical lien from settlement proceeds
• Failed to communicate with insurer re: medical lien
• Failed to mail medical lien check as promised to lien holder
• Failed to fully and accurately respond to ethics investigator inquiries (Up yours, said Jeff!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Jeff practices with the Bowersox Law Firm PC at 6960 SW Varns Street in Portland, Oregon.
