Attorney John Peterson of McMinnville, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon provided John R. Peterson with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Catholic University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Failed to advise clients to seek outside counsel re: conflict of interest
• Violated his duty owed to his clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Johnny practices with Peterson & Prause LLP at 408 SE Baker Street in McMinnville, Oregon.
