Attorney Scott McGraw of Salem, OR; deceitful loser

The state of Oregon provided Scott W. McGraw with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Williamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Scottie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise opposing counsel that his client had died
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Scottie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Scottie practices in Salem, Oregon.
