Attorney Samuel Ramirez of La Pine, OR; ethical dwarf  

The state of Oregon provided Samuel A. Ramirez with a law license in 1991.

The Oregon State Bar found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with fee agreement
• Client was vulnerable
• Failed to deposit client retainer in attorney trust account
• Failed to maintain adequate trust account records
• Conduct caused client to suffer potential injury

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
