Attorney Charles Lombino of Henderson, NV; ethical gremlin

The state of Nevada presented Charles D. Lombino with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Law School. 

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to review trust account records
• Withdrew $29,000 in trust funds he knew was misappropriated (stolen)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Charlie.
