Attorney Randall Veneri of Princeton, WV; ethical dwarf

The state of West Virginia presented Randall Veneri with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from West Virginia University Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to advise opposing counsel or family law master that Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) had been altered while it was in Randy’s office

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Randy practices with the Veneri Law Office at 1600 West Main Street in Princeton, West Virginia.
