Attorney Jay Romano of Boca Raton, FL; slacker

The state of Florida presented Peter G. Stamas with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Jay guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide retainer agreements to clients
• Was disorganized and failed to provide complete updates to client
• Improperly handled client cases

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jay by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Jay practices with the Romano Law Center PA at 2255 Glades Road in Boca Raton, Florida.
