Judge Andrew Hladio of Ambridge, PA; ethical leprechaun

The state of Pennsylvania presented Andrew M. Hladio with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Judicial Conduct Board of Pennsylvania has charged Judge Hladio with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Violated rules involving Pennsylvania Constitution
• Made inappropriate advances towards court clerks
• Continued make unwanted advances after being rebuffed by victims
• Reprimanded by court administrator and ranking judges for making unwanted advances towards various court clerks
• Displayed improper demeanor towards lawyers during court hearings
• Asked court clerk about her private life
• Repeatedly failed to uphold and properly apply the law (scofflaw)
• Continued to ask clerk for a date despite being rebuffed on numerous occasions
• Acted in angry manner towards clerk after learning she was dating another man
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Andy by the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Liliana continues to sit as a Magisterial District Court judge in Ambridge, Pennsylvania.
