State Sen. Kris Jordon (R-OH): Today’s “Lunatic” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

State Sen. Kris Jordon (R-OH)

Today’s “Lunatic” Award Winner

Kris has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past fourteen (14) years. Apparently, no self-respecting company and/or agency in the greater Columbus area was about to offer Kris a good paying job.

In November 2010, Kris succeeded in duping the voters in Delaware County into electing him as a member of the Ohio State Senate.

In late 2016, Kris introduced legislation referred to as the “heartbeat” abortion ban that would place a ban on abortions after the fetal heartbeat could be detected, which could be as early as six weeks into a pregnancy. Kris’ loony legislation does not provide any exception for the victims of rape or incest. In addressing his asinine legislation to his comrades in the state senate, Kris said:

  • “This is just flat out the right thing to do.”
  • “It affords the most important liberty of all – the opportunity to live.”

As one would suspect, Kris the Loon has previously been accused of Domestic Violence (wife beating) in the past (ca. 2011). When sheriff’s deputies arrived at Kris’ home after his wife called them, he told them:

  • “She got a little upset.”
  • “Girls do that.”

Kris’s wife told deputies that he had been activin violent for about two years, usually after a night of boozing it up. She added that Kris kept 10 to 15 unloaded guns in the house.

What is truly sad is the fact that Kris’s mother didn’t opt to have an abortion in April 1976, which would have meant reasonably intelligent Ohioans wouldn’t have to put up with his right-wing ideological BS.

And lastly, where in the hell does Kris the Loon think he gets off by telling some woman in Toledo or Cleveland that she is prohibited from having an elective abortion? As my now deceased father commented, “If I didn’t impregnate the woman it’s none of my damn business.”

Congrats Kris; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Lunatics”; you are far too humble.
