Attorney John Weber of Cincinnati; scofflaw

The state of Ohio presented John Patrick Weber with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Cincinnati Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel has charged Johnny with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to advise client he did not carry legal malpractice insurance

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Johnny by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
