Attorney Kenneth Warren of Dublin, OH; convicted pervert

The state of Ohio presented Kenneth Jay Warren with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the Brooklyn Law School.

The Ohio Supreme Court Disciplinary Counsel found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kenny was convicted of sexual battery. The battery too place with a female friend joined Kenny for dinner at his home where she planned to stay for the night. After dinner, woman laid down to sleep after she took some paid medication. Subsequently, Kenny gave her a sleeping pill.

During the night, Kenny removed the woman’s pajamas, and she awoke to find him having sexual contact with her. She told him to stop; however, the medication she took caused her to fall back to sleep, unaware whether Kenny engaged in further assaults.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Kenney by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license, meaning he’ll get his license back in October 2018.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Kenny resides at 5853 Parkbridge Lane in Dublin, Ohio, which is a suburb of Columbus.
