Attorney Nichole Greene of Shelby, NC; repeat offender

The state of North Carolina provided Nichole Baxter Greene with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Nichole guilty of the following misconduct.

Nichole’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to introduce herself as client’s defense attorney
• Falsely implied to two whiteness’s she was disinterested in criminal matter
• Falsely advised witness in criminal matter could leave court and not return
• Released her own witness while case still on trial calendar

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Nichole by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

Nichole’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Formulated inadequate conflicts check system
• Obtained confidential info from prospective client and then filed two lawsuits against the prospective client in matter about which the prospective client consulted her

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Nichole by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Nichole practices at 806 North Lafayette Street in Shelby, North Carolina.
