The state of Illinois provided LaQuida Glover with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

• Failed to timely determine client did not have viable retaliatory discharge claim
• Failed to deposit or maintain client funds in client trust account
• Unreasonably delayed refund of unearned fees
