Attorney Scott Cochran of Youngstown; convict

The state of Ohio presented Scott Robert Cochran with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland.

The Mahoning County Bar Association has charged Scotty with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of criminal contempt of court 
• Made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Scotty by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Scotty practices with Atway and Cochran LLC at 19 East Front Street in Youngstown, Ohio.
