Attorney Gregg Hickman of Toledo; ethical leprechaun

The state of Ohio presented Gregg D. Hickman with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Gregg guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Gregg accepted the $750 despite the fact the client’s claim was legally viable
  • Gross ignorance led to client successful client appeal based on ineffective assistance of counsel
  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Gregg’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Gregg by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Gregg practices at 3230 Central Park West in Toledo, Ohio.
