Attorney Thomas Ozimkoski Jr. of Bethel, CT; idiotic slacker

The state of Connecticut provided Thomas William Ozimkoski Jr. with a law license in 1999.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to properly handle disputed funds
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Tommy practices with the Law Offices of Thomas W. Ozimkoski Jr. LLC at 11 Benedict Road in Bethel, Connecticut.
