Attorney James McLaughlin of New Milford, CT; slacker

The state of Connecticut provided James F. McLaughlin with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Quinnipiac University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Jimmy practices at 4 Lillinonah Ridge Road in New Milford, Connecticut.
