Attorney Richard Malafronte of Cromwell, CT; ethical gremlin

The state of Connecticut provided Richard William Malafronte with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Bridgeport Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of client funds
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Dick practices with Malafronte & Malafro at 204 Skyview Drive in Cromwell, Connecticut.
