Attorney Jason Lipsky of Waterbury, CT; ethical dwarf

The state of Connecticut provided Jason Michael Lipsky with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Jason practices with the Law Office of Thomas E. Porzio LLC at 625 Wolcott Street in Waterbury, Connecticut.
