Attorney Robert Serafinowicz of Middlebury, CT; bully, serial offender

The state of Connecticut provided Robert Serafinowicz with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

Bobby’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In on matter, Bobby gave an interview to the media on the steps of the Derby courthouse in which he made false statements disparaging a judge by questioning his abilities, competency and impartiality.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

Bobby’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Displayed a lack of remorse
• Exhibited a real problem in managing his anger
• Carried on campaign of harassment against his victim Stacy
• Attacked Stacy’s reputation as a father to school officials
• Caused Stacy to hire Internet company to delete derogatory information about him that was electronically posted by Bobby
• Trial court ruled that Stacy reasonably feared Bobby and granted Stacy a protective order against Bobby
• Committed a criminal act that reflected adversely on the Bobby’s honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in other respects

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Bobby practices with the Law Offices of Rob Serafinowicz LLC at 590 Middlebury Road in Middlebury, Connecticut.
