Attorney Robert Guendelsberger of New Milford, CT; slacker

The state of Connecticut provided Robert J. Guendelsberger with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Improperly withdrew from client representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Bobby practices with the Guendelsberger Law Offices LLP at 28 Park Lane in New Milford, Connecticut.
