Attorney Kevin Creed of Bristol, CT; slacker

The state of Connecticut provided Kevin Edward Creed with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to consult with client about means to achieve client objectives
  • Failed to comply with client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Kevin practices with The Creed Law Firm at 99 North Street in Bristol, Connecticut.
