Attorney Linda Lehmann-Taylor of Manchester, CT; ethical dwarf

The state of Connecticut provided Linda Carole Lehmann-Taylor with a law license in 1997 after she graduated Western New England Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Linda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made recordings of deposition w/o opposing counsel’s knowledge
• Used a means having no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person, or use methods of obtaining evidence that violate the legal rights of such a person

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Linda by gifting her with his fifth (5^th) complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Linda practices at 427 South Main Street in Manchester, Connecticut.
