Attorney Philip Block of New Britain, CT; slacker

The state of Connecticut provided Philip M. Block with a law license in 1980 after he graduated the University of Bridgeport Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Nicky guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to timely file notice of appearance on client’s behalf
• Failed to file opposing motion re: defendant’s motion to dismiss client’s case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Nicky by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Nicky practices at 136 Main Street in New Britain, Connecticut.
