Justice Samuel Kudya of Zimbabwe; serial slacker

In late 2016, Chief Justice Godfrey Chidyausiku of the Zimbabwe Supreme Court recently found Justice Kudya of being guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to render judgments in numerous cases
• Handed down only two (2) judgments during one year

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Sammy by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission.

As we speak (ca. November 2016) Sammy continues to sit as a Justice of the High Court in Harare, Zimbabwe.
