Attorney Roger Simpson of Monticello, IL; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Roger Allen Simpson with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from John Marshall School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Knowingly made a false statement of face

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (November 2016), Roger practices with the Simpson Law Office at 203 East Center Street in Monticello, Illinois.
