Attorney John Naughton of Westchester, IL; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented John Alexander Naughton with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected at least five client matters
• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Failing to communicate with client caused unnecessary delays in his cases

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (November 2016), Johnny practices at 1531 Concord Avenue in Westchester, Illinois.
