Attorney Michael Freeman of Northbrook, IL; ethical gremlin

The state of Illinois presented Michael Irwin Freeman with a law license in 1958 after he graduated from Northwestern University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain adequate records
• Failed to promptly account for all client property
• Failed to account for trust assets
• Failed to account for transaction documents
• Breached fiduciary duty owed to clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (November 2016), Mike practices with Michael I. Freeman PC at 5 Revere Drive in Northbrook, Illinois.
