Attorney Mark Schwartz of Chicago; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Mark Alan Schwartz with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false/misleading statements about profession services and experience
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct tending to defeat administration of justice
• Made erroneous statements of law in letters to 200 physicians offering legal services to defend them in medical malpractice cases

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (November 2016), Mark practices with the Tax Lien Law Group LLC at 27 North Wacker Drive in Chicago, Illinois.
