Attorney Daniel Weiss of Sacramento; moronic loser

The state of California  rovided Daniel Sanford Weiss with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit.

The California State Bar Court found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform services with competence (moron)
• Failed to respond to trustee’s motion to dismiss client’s case
• Failed to inform clients of need to appear at meeting of creditors
• Failed to appear at meeting of creditors on behalf of clients
• Failed to properly serve motion to value collateral
• Failed to respond to numerous client phone calls
• Improperly withdrew from client representation
• Failed to release client file after termination
• Failed to render accounting of client funds
• Wrote check for $3,800 on insufficient fund account (rubber)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Danny was never criminally charged with bouncing a check.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Danny practices with the Law Offices of Daniel S. Weiss at 2020 Hurley Way in Sacramento, California.
