Attorney Theodore Mack of Tallahassee; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida provided Theodore Erwin Mack with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Florida State University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Teddy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Teddy was indicted on a federal charge of knowingly transmitting a communication containing a threat in interstate commerce. The threat involved sending the communication to a U.S. Congressman via his official website. Teddy admitted that the authored the post under an alias using a bogus address. The federal case was subsequently dismissed after Mack accepted an agreement for pretrial diversion.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Teddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Teddy practices at 3700 Bellwood Drive in Tallahassee, Florida.
