Attorney Kelly McCabe of Pinellas Park, FL; Dumbo

The state of Florida provided Kelly Anne McCabe with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Stetson University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Kelly guilty of the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly missed court deadlines
• Demonstrated lack of competence in appellate matters (Dumbo)
• Failed to timely respond to complaints (Up yours, said Kelly!)
• Failed to properly maintain trust account records
• Failed to follow court orders

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Kelly by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2016), Kelly practices with Doyle & McCabe LLC at 4419 Park Blvd North in Pinellas Park, Florida.
