Judge James Jay Caraway of Shreveport, LA; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented James Jay Caraway with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) Law School.

The Louisiana Judicial Campaign Oversight Committee found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

It should be noted that Jimmy’s misconduct is related to his campaign to be reelected to another term as a Judge on the Louisiana 2^nd Circuit Court of Appeal.

• Knowingly made or caused to be made a false statement concerning the identity, qualifications, present position, or other fact concerning a candidate’s opponent
• Facebook page stated: “Jeff Cox spent $33,500 to help elect Hillary Clinton” false
• Negative social media attacks v. Judge Cox are false

As we speak (ca. November 2016), Jimmy continues to sit as a 2^nd Circuit Court of Appeals judge in Shreveport, Lousiana.
