Attorney Roger Stein of Ridgecrest, CA; scofflaw, repeat offender
The state of California provided Roger Ira Stein with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Southern California USC Law School.
The California State Bar Court found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.
Roger’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
In one matter, Roger found it acceptable to file a false report to the California State Bar that he had completed his MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) requirements during the mandated compliance period when in fact he had not done so.
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Roger wasn’t criminally charged with perjury.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Roger wasn’t criminally charged with writing bad checks.
As we speak (ca. November 2015) Roger practices at 1525 North Norma Street in Ridgecrest, California. |
