Attorney Kevin White of Orange, CA; lying loser

The state of California provided Kevin Michael White with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Golden Gate University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kevin was grossly negligent in representing to judicial officers that his client’s requests for a qualified medical evaluator panel had been ignored by the medical director of the Division of Workers’ Compensation. In fact, Kevin’s requests had been denied because they were deficient.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year term of probation.  

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Lenny practices with Stockwell, Harris, Woolverton & Muehl at 701 South Parker Street in Orange, California.
