Attorney Ann Waltzer of Scotts Valley, CA; lying convict

The state of California provided Ann Kim Waltzer with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Annie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Annie was convicted for resisting an officer and battery on a peace officer and subsequently failed to file quarterly abstinence-based self-help group reports on time.

One of Annie’s report falsely stated, under penalty of perjury, that she had complied with all of the conditions of the underlying reproval regarding alcohol consumption. Subsequently she was arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI).

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Annie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Annie by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Annie wasn’t criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (ca. January 2018) Annie practices at 120 Woodhill Drive in Scotts Valley, California.
