Attorney Robert Weckworth Jr. of Greensboro, NC; ethical elf

The state of North Carolina presented Robert N. Weckworth Jr. with a law license in 1989.

 after he graduated from St. John’s University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to participate in good faith with fee dispute resolution
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Bobby!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary warning.

As we speak (ca. November 2016) Bobby practices at 101 South Elm Street in Greensboro, North Carolina.
