In the past, attorney John R. Goshgarian sat as a Circuit Court Judge in Lake County. During his worthless time on the bench, the Judicial Commission charged and found Johnny guilty of a plethora of egregious misconduct, some of which is set forth below.

Johnny made the following statements in open court:
Il Duce Conduct
After a court reporter filed an ethics complaint against Il Duce, he retaliated by refusing to sign vouchers for payment of her services. He then told her, “Maybe you better think before signing petitions.”
On at least five occasions, Il Duce referred to a female judge in a derogatory manner in and around his chambers or courthouse and did so in the presence of State’s Attorneys whose cases were pending before him.
The enablers on the Judicial Commission punished Johnny Baby by gifting him with a complimentary three month suspension without pay. What a joke!
If you had engaged in this conduct in your office, do ya think you’d still have a job? Only further proves that Judicial Misfits are held to a much lower standard of conduct then we are.
