Attorney Michael Hart of Greenville, SC; wife beater, repeat offender

The State of South Carolina presented Michael A. Hart with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

Mike’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

Previously Mike received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of Misconduct.

• Improperly split fees with other attorneys
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to provide clients with required written agreements

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

Mike’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Mike was arrested on a charge of criminal domestic violence after a physical altercation with his wife.  He pled guilty to simple assault and entered Pre-Trial Intervention (PTI)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. November 2016), Mike practices with George Sink PA Injury Lawyers at 530 Howell Road in Greenville, South Carolina.
