Attorney Spencer Allred of Afton, WY; slacker

The state of Washington presented Spencer L. Allred with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Spence guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to exercise professional judgment in billing client
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Carolina Supreme punished Spence by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2016) Spence practices with the Bowers Law Firm in Afton, Wyoming.
