Solicitor Michael Capozzi of Winnipeg, CAN; ethical misfit

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Michael Capozzi with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba.

The Law Society Disciplinary Committee found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain current trust records
• Failed to produce monthly trust account reconciliations

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Moses by gifting him with a complimentary $1,500 fine.
