Attorney Paul Burgess of Ontario, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Paul Dominic Helsby Burgess with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School.

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain required financial records
• Failed to deliver accounts in a timely fashion
• Failed to keep records of $70,000 in cash received from cleint over 7-years

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Paulie practices with Paul D.H. Burgess PC at 97 Bridge Street East in Cambellford, Ontario, Canada.
