Attorney Scott Campbell of Prince Edward Island, CAN; slacker

The Law Society of Prince Edward Island presented Scott E. Campbell with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of New Brunswick Law School.

The Prince Edward Island Disciplinary Committee found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to serve his client in conscientious manner
• Failed to provide quality service expected of competent lawyer
• Continued to hold client funds for many years
• Failed to timely obtain tax clearance certificate for client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Scotty practices at 137 Queen Street in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada.
