Attorney Theodore McCullough II of New York City; adulterer, moron

The state of New York presented Theodore Vincent McCullough III with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from  Emory University Law School.

In one matter, Teddy was accused by his sister-in-law of sexual assault. Subsequently, Teddy filed a lawsuit against his sister-in-law saying that they were engaged in a consensual sexual relationship because Teddy was attempting to her to conceive. Wow, looks like Teddy should be nominated for “Humanitarian Award.”

The New York Post reported that Teddy’s brother-in-law is infertile (shooting blanks), so as a Family Values Man, Teddy, who had fathered two children, offered to impregnate his sister-in-law.

When the first attempt at impregnation failed, Teddy tried again. Court filings provided the following statements as put forth by Teddy.

• “She pulled her naked legs up in a crab-like position to increase the chances of conception.”
• She then said “Thank you, I know you are doing me a favor.”

Teddy defended his adulterous behavior by laughingly claiming he was acting out of the goodness of his heart and out of respect for his infertile brother. Obviously, Teddy missed his calling as a Standup Comedian.

We can be assured that Teddy the Asinine Litigator will not prevail on his ridiculous claim that he is entitled to $7 million for banging his brother’s wife.
