Attorney Jackson Donley of Springfield, IL; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Jackson Edward Donley with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Jackie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jackie filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition for a client in which he falsely stated that the client was unmarried and owed mortgage payments for his residence. In fact, Jackie knew that the client resided with a spouse who had a substantial income, and the client had no rent or mortgage obligation for their home.

In addition, Jackson also falsely represented in the electronic pleadings that his client had signed printed copies of the court filings (pleadings).

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Jackie by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Timmy.

As we speak (October 2016), Jackie practices with the Jackson E. Donley Law Office PC at 955 South Durkin Drive in Springfield, Illinois.
