Attorney James Terrell of Victorville, CA; idiotic loser

The state of California provided James Stephen Terrell with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from National University School of Law in San Diego. National is a 4^th tier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t get accepted into mainstream schools like UCLA, Pepperdine, USC or Stanford.

The California State Bar Court found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to serve copy of lawsuit on defendant
• Failure to serve defendant led to client’s case being dismissed
• Failed to notify client his case had been dismissed
• Failed to respond to numerous client phone calls
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Failed to perform legal services competently (idiot)
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2016) Jimmy practices at 15411 Anacapa Road in Victorville, California, which is located in San Bernardino County.
