Attorney Barry Slotnick of Fresno, CA; ethical misfit

The state of California provided Barry Lawrence Slotnick with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Kensington University College of Law in Glendale, California. Kensington which is a 4^th tier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t get accepted into mainstream schools like UCLA, Pepperdine, USC or Stanford.

The California State Bar Court found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly engaged in splitting fees with non-lawyers

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
