Attorney Phyllis Voisenat of Oakland, CA; thieving loser

The state of California provided Phyllis Voisenat with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Santa Clara University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Phyllis guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Improperly withdrew from employment
  • Failed to refund unearned fee of $2,182 (thief)
  • Failed to deposit client funds in client trust account
  • Sanctioned $34,179 for frivolous conduct

As a consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Phyllis by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Phyllis.

As we speak (ca. October 2016) Phyllis practices at 1999 Harrison Street in Oakland, California.
